In order to qualify,
you must have completed an application with us
and provided all necessary and verified
documentation for us to provide you with a GFE
and close the loan including but not limited to
credit reports, income verification and
employment history , asset verification, and
rental and ownership history. You must notify us
of our competitors offer and send us a bonafide
GFE (Good Faith Estimate) from a legitimate
lender with a clean record with the State
Banking Commission and Attorney Generals Office
(no bait and switch) with rate lock
commitment within 24 hours. The rate quoted must
not be an introductory rate (example - good for
6 months etc). The rate must be an interest rate
on the loan and not a payment rate. We guarantee that we
will match or beat the offer - pure and simple.
This document must be dated so that a true
comparison can be made.You must actually close
on the loan within 60 days and send us a
certified copy of the HUD closing document and the
signed mortgage note for our inspection and
verification within 5 days of the closing.
Details on the HUD closing statement and the
signed mortgage note must match the Good Faith
Estimate. If this proves that you indeed have
gotten a better deal from one of our competitors
and that we were unable to match or beat it, you
will receive a check for $300 - pure and simple,
